Thermostat Housing Removal and Installation
5. Purge Tube Bracket - Remove (USA and Canada models)
1.
Disconnect purge tube D.
2.
Remove the purge tube bracket (A).

7. Upper Radiator Hose, Water Bypass Hose, and Heater Hose - Disconnect
1.
Disconnect the upper radiator hose (A), the water bypass hoses (B), and the heater hoses (C).

8. Thermostat Housing and Connecting Pipe - Remove
1.
Remove the thermostat housing (A).
2.
M/T: If necessary, remove the sealing bolt (B).
3.
Disconnect the water outlet hose (C).
4.
Remove the connecting pipe (D).

9. All Removed Parts - Install
1.
Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
